Pedophilia is a paraphilia. In recent variations of official diagnostic coding programs including the DSM-five and ICD-11, "pedophilia" is distinguished from "pedophilic disorder". Pedophilic problem is defined to be a sample of pedophilic arousal accompanied by both subjective distress or interpersonal difficulty, or owning acted on that arousal.
